The highway is maintained and open year-round allowing access to Sunshine Valley and Manning Provincial Park.

There is no congestion or crowding here, and no lack of privacy.

❖ There are 1300 acres of fresh green mountain valley of which only approx. 250 acres has been developed - experience all 4 seasons.

We have arranged paths next to public roads to ensure you can ride your ATV, Motorbike or Snowmobile right from your property to the seemingly endless Forest Service Roads from Sunshine Valley and be on private property or a forest service road the entire time. We even have a dry tunnel and a water tunnel under the Highway so you can safely ride or Kayak from one side of Sunshine Valley to the other.

❖ Has a lake and river for fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, outdoor ice skating etc.

❖ Has an Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool open in the Summer,  Play Parks, Barrel-O-Fun, Hot Tub, Games Room, Libaery with Wifi Internet.

❖ Has one of B.C.s best Provincial Parks (Manning Park) which features Downhill Skiing a Tube Park and World Class X-Country Skiing as well as Horseback riding, Fishing (Lightning Lakes), and a network of summer and winter trails.

(Environment Canada has a weather station in Sunshine Valley).

Black Bears are a common site and we have all learned to successfully share this amazing habitat without conflict. Sunshine Valley boasts no (or very few) Black Flies and very few Mosquitoes, even on the hottest summer days due to a gentle breeze that picks up every Summer afternoon.
